Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Kaeda, you agree to these terms. Kaeda is a desktop application for coaching practices, currently in early access.

Early access

Creating an account puts you on the early-access list. Seats open in waves, and nothing is billed until yours does and you choose a plan. Early-access software changes fast; we ship improvements continuously and the app updates itself.

Subscriptions

When your seat opens, Kaeda is sold as a subscription per the pricing on this site, billed monthly or annually through a payment provider acting as merchant of record. Cancel anytime and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. If Kaeda is not working out within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, email us and we will refund it, no questions asked.

Your accounts and data

Kaeda acts through services you connect using your own credentials and subscriptions, including your Claude account from Anthropic. You are responsible for your use of those services and for the content in your brain. Your coaching content stays on your machine; see the Privacy Policy for the details.

Your clients

You are the professional in the room. Kaeda drafts, files, and reminds, but what you send to a client, record about them, or promise them is your call and your responsibility, including any consent your jurisdiction requires for recording sessions.

Acceptable use

Do not use Kaeda to break the law or the terms of the services it connects to.

Warranty

Kaeda is provided as is. We work hard to make it dependable, and early access means some rough edges. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will note material changes here.
